Hey Hey, so you made it to the “About Me” page, welcome and thank you for taking the time to come this far. My name is Nicolette York born and raised in Brooklyn, NY recently relocated to Harrisburg, PA in September of 2019.
With the relocation came a lot of hardships as you can imagine. To top it all off COVID-19 came full force and told us all to sit down. So imagine new city, new job, no local friends AND then being put on lockdown as soon as my probation was over. I WAS STRESSED to say the least. I was in one of my dark places and I simply wanted to “melt away” (we’ve all been there before.) You don’t realize how you become so consumed by the things happening around you that you lose focus of yourself, I know many people can relate. I didn’t like the feeling so I knew I had to sit with myself and do the work to “find myself again”. Self love/care became a major focus for me. Whenever I cleaned, took a bath or just wanted to change the ambiance a candle wouldn’t be too far away. That then transpired to a light bulb moment (ah-ha). Why not build a brand that low key promotes self care? So I did exactly that. I’ve been very intentional with my scent choices and the products that I provide. I can’t wait until everything comes together.
I’m so grateful for all the support that I’ve received thus far and all the blessings that’s coming to us all.
