- Melt Away accepts orders 24/7 and we ship Monday- Friday, excluding holidays.
- Currently we only offer US Domestic Shipping. (The more support the further we can expand.)
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing.
- Your order will be sent via USPS Priority Mail from Brooklyn, NY.
- Please keep in mind USPS transit times are not a reflection of our processing time.
- Once your order has been processed our system automatically generates and updates you with a tracking number.

LOST/STOLEN OR UNDELIVERABLE
- We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages or wrong shipping addresses.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost associated with re-sending the package if USPS labeled not deliverable or return to sender.
RECEIVED DAMAGE ITEM
- We carefully package each order but sometimes transit can be rough. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, be sure to contact us via email at [email protected]. Subject line "Damaged Item" including images for proof along with your order number.
- We will not accept any exchanges of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective.
NO REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGES
- If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped other than stated above, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT.
